This website is non-profit making and has been set up solely for the benefit of owners, owner-occupiers and tenants of the block to provide a forum for information-exchange and discussion, as well as to promote more social- interaction.

The site provides the following user-driven functionality:

• warn neighbours of impending renovations
• offer services or items for sale/recycling
• User-initiated Discussion Threads
• User-uploaded Document Repository
• User-definable Surveys/Opinion Polls
• Optional Email Alerts to addition of above items
• Optional Private Message exchange between members
• User-added Links to sites of legal, social or local interest
